Are you freaking out over the COVID-19 pandemic? Well, you’re definitely not alone. Most people I know, including myself, have been living in a low-key state of anxiety on top of the pressures from everyday life.

As confirmed cases of coronavirus continue to increase worldwide, more governments are enforcing self-quarantine measures to ensure public health safety. Isolation is a possibility for many people.
