Are you freaking out over the COVID-19 pandemic? Well, you’re definitely not alone. Most people I know, including myself, have been living in a low-key state of anxiety on top of the pressures from everyday life.
As confirmed cases of coronavirus continue to increase worldwide, more governments are enforcing self-quarantine measures to ensure public health safety. Isolation is a possibility for many people.

1. What (toxic) people think about you
It’s understandable. We have a need to be liked. Social conformity and acceptance give us less to worry about. “This is something we can all agree on, so we don’t have to fight about it.” There is longevity for a species that can work together in that way.
However, there comes a point where those who try to move beyond a certain mentality are criticized for it.
